Since all items, except clothing are handmade, please allow 5-7 business days for your orders to be prepared and processed before shipping out. Once orders are shipped out, packages are now in the hands of USPS and shipping times vary depending on location. Shipping prices are calculated by weight of packages. Orders are shipped through USPS domestically. US shipping only.

If you are unsatisfied with your order, please email us at hello@fleursettemps.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will be more than happy to help. If your return or exchange is accepted, the item must be in an unworn and new condition with the original packaging and labels. Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, with no perfumes, or chemicals in them, and must have all tags and packaging. Sale items are final, no returns or exchanges.
